Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards and final sale items, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Please email us at huntlifeuse1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Return Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at huntlifeusa1@gmail.com to initiate the exchange. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@huntlife.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be applied to your original payment method. If you don’t see the refund within this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
